Preparation Method
Add light rum, port, lemon juice, powdered sugar, and egg white to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes. Top with carbonated water. Stir gently and garnish with a lemon twist.
