The Apricot Lady is a bright, silky sour that blends apricot brandy, light rum, Triple Sec, and fresh lemon juice. The egg white adds a soft, velvety texture, while the apricot brings fruit-forward sweetness balanced by clean citrus.
Preparation Method
Add light rum, apricot brandy, Triple Sec, lemon juice, and egg white to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until chilled and lightly frothy. Strain over fresh ice into an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with one thin orange slice.
