The Acapulco is a bright, citrus-forward sour with a smooth, lightly creamy texture thanks to the egg white. It blends light rum, lime, triple sec and a touch of sugar, creating a refreshing balance of tangy, sweet and aromatic notes. A mint sprig garnish adds a fresh, tropical lift.
Preparation Method
Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice to fully emulsify the egg white. Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
