Preparation Method
Heat the milk in the top of a double boiler until steaming. Remove from heat and whisk in the chopped chocolate and ground cinnamon until fully melted and smooth. Return over the double boiler and slowly incorporate the lightly beaten eggs while whisking constantly to avoid curdling. Continue heating just below a simmer until the mixture becomes frothy and thickened. Serve hot in a coffee mug.
