A refreshing, aromatic serve combining Bombay Sapphire gin, Crème de Cassis, fresh lime, and spicy ginger beer. Bright, fruity, botanical, and lightly sparkling.
Preparation Method
Add gin, cassis, and lime juice to a balloon glass. Swirl gently to mix. Fill the glass with cubed ice and top with ginger beer. Stir lightly and garnish with one lime wedge and one long ginger slice.
