The Elderflower Caipirinha is a refreshing variation on Brazil’s iconic cocktail, blending cachaça and fresh lime with the delicate floral sweetness of elderflower cordial. Bright, aromatic, and lightly sweetened, it preserves the rustic character of the original while adding a refined botanical note.
Preparation Method
Cut the lime into wedges and add them to an old-fashioned glass. Gently muddle to release the juice and oils without over-crushing the peel. Add the elderflower cordial, then fill the glass with crushed ice. Pour in the cachaça, stir thoroughly, and top with additional crushed ice.
