Spice 75 is a sparkling rum sour in the French 75 family, using allspice syrup and Champagne for lift.
Preparation Method
Make an allspice syrup by warming sugar, water, and allspice, then cool and strain. Shake the spiced syrup, rum, and lime juice with ice, strain into champagne flutes, top with Champagne, and garnish each serve with one orange twist.
