
Overview
Rosemary Blue is a gin and tonic variation colored with blue curaçao and aromatized with rosemary. It should be built gently so the tonic keeps its bubbles.
Preparation Method
Add gin, blue curaçao, and one rosemary sprig to a balloon glass. Fill with ice, top with tonic water, and fold gently with a bar spoon. Serve with the same rosemary sprig as the only garnish.
