
Overview
The Dry Rob Roy is a spirit-forward whisky cocktail built on Scotch and dry vermouth. A restrained and sharply defined variation of the classic Rob Roy, it removes sweetness from the equation, allowing the character of the Scotch to take center stage in a crisp, Martini-like structure.
Preparation Method
Add the Scotch and dry vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until well chilled, then strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
