Paradise is a classic gin sour-adjacent cocktail built around gin, apricot brandy, and orange juice. It is fruit-forward but still structured, with gin botanicals keeping the apricot and orange from becoming too soft.
Preparation Method
Chill a coupe glass. Add gin, apricot brandy, and orange juice to a shaker with ice. Shake until cold, then fine strain into the chilled glass. Serve without garnish.
