Lassi Raita is a modern, drinkable interpretation inspired by traditional Indian raita. Thicker and more velvety than a classic salted lassi, it balances yogurt tang with gentle sweetness and saltiness, creating a cooling, nourishing drink ideal for hot weather and spicy food.
Preparation Method
Add yogurt and cold water to a bowl or blender. Whisk or blend briefly until smooth and pourable. Add sugar and salt, mixing gently until dissolved. Optionally add a few drops of lime juice for brightness. Serve cold.
