Mango Lassi is a classic Indian yogurt-based drink made with ripe mango and smooth yogurt. Creamy, naturally sweet, and gently tangy, it is traditionally enjoyed chilled as a refreshing treat during hot weather, where the quality of the mango defines the final result.
Preparation Method
Add mango flesh and yogurt to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add sugar to taste, adjusting according to the sweetness of the mango. If needed, add a small amount of cold water to adjust consistency. For a colder, lightly frothy texture, add a few ice cubes and blend briefly. Serve chilled.
