The Avalon is a bright, fruit-forward long drink created in 1991 by Finnish bartender Timo Haimi. Vodka, Pisang Ambon, apple juice, lemon juice, and lemonade come together in a refreshing mix with a gentle tropical character and a clean, easy-drinking profile.
Preparation Method
Fill a highball glass with fresh ice. Add vodka, apple juice, lemon juice, and Pisang Ambon. Top with lemonade and stir gently to integrate. Garnish with a spiraled cucumber peel and serve.
