
Overview
Scottish Highland Liqueur is an infused whisky liqueur rather than a shaken cocktail. Honey, angelica, fennel, and lemon peel need time to integrate into the Scotch base.
Preparation Method
Combine Johnnie Walker, honey, angelica root, fennel seeds, and lemon peel in an aging container. Shake gently during the first day, remove the lemon peel after 24 hours, then age covered in a cool dark place for two weeks, shaking every other day. Strain and age undisturbed for six months before serving in small pours.
