
Overview
The Jam Donut is a layered dessert-style shot designed to evoke the flavors of a classic jam-filled donut. Fruity raspberry liqueur forms the base, topped with a smooth layer of Irish cream, while a sugared rim adds sweetness and texture.
Preparation Method
Lightly coat the rim of a shot glass with sugar syrup, then dip it into sugar to create a sugared rim. Carefully pour the Chambord raspberry liqueur into the glass. Using the back of a spoon, gently layer the Baileys Irish Cream on top to create a clean separation. Serve immediately.
