
Overview
The Mocha-Berry is a refined after-dinner coffee cocktail that combines hot brewed coffee, dark cocoa, and raspberry liqueur. Rich yet balanced, it delivers deep chocolate bitterness softened by fruit sweetness and finished with a creamy cap reminiscent of classic Irish coffee service.
Preparation Method
Place the cocoa powder in the bottom of an Irish coffee glass. Add a small amount of hot coffee and stir to form a smooth cocoa paste. Pour in the remaining hot coffee and add the raspberry liqueur, stirring gently until fully integrated. Top carefully with lightly whipped cream, floated over the back of a spoon to create a distinct layer. Serve immediately.
