The Baby Guinness is a sweet, creamy shooter designed to look like a miniature pint of stout. Made by layering Kahlúa and Baileys, it delivers rich coffee notes topped with a smooth, velvety cream finish.
Preparation Method
Carefully pour Kahlúa into a shot glass, leaving room for the top layer. Slowly float Baileys Irish Cream over the back of a bar spoon to create the foam-like “head.” Serve immediately.
