
Overview
Royal Gin Fizz is a gin fizz enriched with a whole egg. The egg gives body and foam, while carbonated water must be added after shaking.
Preparation Method
Shake gin, lemon juice, powdered sugar, and whole egg without carbonated water until emulsified. Add ice and shake again until cold. Strain into a highball glass over ice, top with carbonated water, stir gently, and serve without garnish.
