
Overview
The Quentin is a creamy after-dinner cocktail built from dark rum, coffee liqueur, and light cream. The nutmeg should be treated as the only garnish-like accent, not as decoration to pile on.
Preparation Method
Shake dark rum, Kahlua, and light cream with ice until cold and lightly frothy. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and finish with one small pinch of grated nutmeg.
