
Overview
The Pineapple Moscow Mule adds pineapple juice to the vodka, lime, and ginger beer base. It is fruitier than the classic Moscow Mule but still anchored by ginger spice and copper mug service.
Preparation Method
Fill a copper mug with solid ice cubes. Add vodka, pineapple juice, and lime juice. Top with cold ginger beer and stir gently once to combine without losing carbonation. Finish with the lime wedge as the garnish and serve immediately.
