Pineapple Paloma is a tropical tequila highball that keeps the grapefruit-lime backbone of a Paloma while adding pineapple for sweetness, body, and a warmer fruit profile.
Preparation Method
Rim a highball glass lightly with pepper if desired. Fill the glass with ice, then add tequila, grapefruit juice, fresh lime juice, and pineapple juice. Stir briefly until cold and integrated. Serve without garnish.
