The Munich Mule is a crisp, herbaceous mule variation built on gin, fresh lime juice, and ginger beer, refined by the cooling aromatics of cucumber. Bright, balanced, and highly refreshing, it allows the gin’s botanicals to shine while maintaining a clean, session-friendly structure.
Preparation Method
Fill a highball glass with solid ice cubes. Add the gin and fresh lime juice. Insert a long cucumber ribbon into the glass, spiraling it along the inner wall so it rests in contact with the ice and liquid. Top with cold, high-quality ginger beer that is spicy but not overpowering. Stir gently once from the bottom to integrate without losing carbonation. Serve immediately.
