
Overview
The London Mule uses gin as the base spirit, turning the Mule template toward juniper, citrus, and botanicals. It is lighter and more aromatic than whiskey or rum Mule variations.
Preparation Method
Fill a copper mug with solid ice cubes. Add gin, and lime juice. Top with cold ginger beer and stir gently once to combine without losing carbonation. Finish with the lime wedge as the garnish and serve immediately.
