The Mezcal Mule is a smoky agave variation of the Moscow Mule. Mezcal adds earth and smoke, while ginger beer and lime keep the drink lively, spicy, and cold.
Preparation Method
Fill a copper mug with solid ice cubes. Add mezcal, and lime juice. Top with cold ginger beer and stir gently once to combine without losing carbonation. Finish with the lime wedge as the garnish and serve immediately.
