Preparation Method
Blend the fresh mango until completely smooth. Add the mint leaves and two small lime wedges to a highball glass and gently press to release aromatic oils without bruising. Add the blended mango, white rum, fresh lime juice, and sugar syrup. Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir thoroughly until fully integrated. Top with soda water, give a final gentle lift from the bottom, and garnish before serving.
