
Overview
Zorro is a hot dessert-coffee drink where three liqueur personalities meet: sambuca's anise, Baileys' cream-and-cocoa sweetness, and white creme de menthe's cool mint. Hot coffee prevents the drink from becoming pure syrup and gives it an after-dinner backbone.
Preparation Method
Layer sambuca, Baileys Irish Cream, and white creme de menthe in a coffee mug. Top with hot coffee and finish with one spoon of whipped cream.
