The Mexican Mule replaces vodka with tequila, creating a brighter and more agave-forward Mule. Ginger beer adds spicy carbonation while lime keeps the drink sharp and clean.
Preparation Method
Fill a copper mug with solid ice cubes. Add tequila, and lime juice. Top with cold ginger beer and stir gently once to combine without losing carbonation. Finish with the lime wedge as the garnish and serve immediately.
