The Jamaican Mule uses dark rum to create a richer, cane-forward Mule with molasses depth, ginger spice, and lime brightness. It stays close to the Mule family while leaning tropical.
Preparation Method
Fill a copper mug with solid ice cubes. Add dark rum, and lime juice. Top with cold ginger beer and stir gently once to combine without losing carbonation. Finish with the lime wedge as the garnish and serve immediately.
