
Overview
The Jamaican Coffee is a tropical interpretation of the classic Irish Coffee, built around the bold character of dark rum. Coffee is sweetened to enhance richness and structure, then topped with lightly whipped cream for a warm, aromatic after-dinner drink with Caribbean-inspired depth.
Preparation Method
Preheat an Irish coffee glass with hot water, then discard the water. Add the dark rum and sugar to the glass. Pour in hot coffee and stir until the sugar is fully dissolved. Gently float lightly whipped cream on top. Serve immediately.
