Irish Cream is a rich, homemade cream liqueur built around Irish whiskey, dairy, and sweet chocolate notes. Smooth, velvety, and dessert-like, it is designed to be enjoyed chilled in small pours rather than served as a mixed cocktail.
Preparation Method
In a blender, combine the Irish whiskey, sweetened condensed milk, half-and-half, coconut syrup, and chocolate syrup. Blend until completely smooth and fully emulsified. Transfer to a sealed container and refrigerate until well chilled. Serve cold in small pours.
