The Flaming Lamborghini is a highly theatrical flaming cocktail built from layered coffee, anise, and cream liqueurs, designed to be consumed through a dramatic, multi-step ritual. Served ignited, it delivers an evolving flavor profile that shifts from sweet and aromatic to creamy and citrusy as additional liqueurs are incorporated mid-drink.
Preparation Method
Pour the Kahlúa into a coupe glass. Carefully layer the Sambuca on top by gently pouring it over the back of a spoon. Ignite the surface of the drink using a long lighter. Place two shot glasses nearby — one filled with Baileys Irish Cream and the other with Blue Curaçao. Using a straw, begin drinking while the flame burns. As the liquid level lowers, extinguish the flame and pour in the Baileys and Blue Curaçao. Continue drinking until finished.
