The Espresso Rumtini is a rich after-dinner cocktail that reinterprets the Espresso Martini by replacing vodka with dark rum. Bold espresso notes meet the warmth of aged rum and gentle sweetness, creating a creamy, aromatic drink with depth and structure.
Preparation Method
Add the dark rum, coffee liqueur, vanilla syrup, and freshly brewed espresso to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled and a fine crema forms. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with three coffee beans.
