A festive homemade liqueur that blends tart cranberries, rich sugar, and smooth light rum through a slow infusion process — resulting in a sweet, tangy, and beautifully vibrant cordial perfect for the holidays.
Preparation Method
Combine the chopped cranberries, sugar, and light rum in a 2-liter jar with a tight-fitting lid. Seal and store in a cool, dark place. Shake or invert the jar once daily for six weeks. Strain through a fine mesh or cheesecloth and transfer into sterilized bottles. Seal and let rest for a few additional days before serving.
