This homemade coffee liqueur delivers a deep, aromatic blend of bold coffee, warm vanilla, and smooth vodka. Sweet, rich, and full-bodied, it’s an indulgent liqueur perfect for sipping or mixing into dessert cocktails.
Preparation Method
Add water, sugar, and instant coffee to a saucepan. Simmer over low heat for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely. Stir in the vanilla extract and vodka. Transfer the mixture to a sealed glass jar. Let it infuse in a cool, dark place for 2–3 weeks, shaking gently every few days. Strain through a fine filter if desired, then bottle.
