
Overview
Coffee-Vodka is a rich homemade liqueur crafted by infusing instant coffee, vanilla, and sugar into smooth vodka. Bold, aromatic, and pleasantly sweet, it delivers the depth of coffee with the warming intensity of spirits, ideal for sipping neat or incorporating into dessert cocktails.
Preparation Method
Bring the water and sugar to a boil until fully dissolved, then remove from heat. Stir in the instant coffee until completely incorporated. Split half a vanilla bean lengthwise and add it to the vodka. Once the syrup is completely cool, combine it with the vodka mixture. Seal tightly and shake once a day for 3 weeks. Strain and filter to achieve a clean, smooth liqueur. Optional: add 1 tsp glycerine to enhance mouthfeel.
