Preparation Method
Add rum, Galliano, pineapple juice, and lime juice to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a chilled Hurricane glass filled with fresh ice. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with a pineapple slice.
