Add vodka, Kahlua, Baileys Irish Cream, vanilla ice cream, and Oreo cookies to a blender. Blend until smooth but still thick. Pour into a chilled Collins glass and garnish with whipped cream.
Serve in a chilled Collins glass with a single whipped-cream garnish. The drink should look thick, dark-speckled, and dessert-driven.
